IMAGINE SOFTWARE CELEBRATES SALE OF 300TH ASP LICENSE

NEW YORK, September 30, 2003 - Imagine Software, Inc. a world leader in multi-asset real-time trading analysis and risk management solutions announced today that it had sold the 300th license for Derivatives.com, its ASP software. The hosted software has quickly become a buy-side standard for real-time high performance trading, portfolio and risk management.

The ASP combines web-based advanced software with market data (both listed and derived) as well as the operational functions needed to trade almost any asset class within any strategy. Firms rent the software on a monthly basis, eliminating the up front hardware, staffing and maintenance costs associated with locally installed systems. The system also greatly reduces the time and technical expertise necessary to go live.
