| Sets strategic direction, guides development of cutting-edge analytics, and lends his expertise to sales efforts. Dr. Smith brings a rare combination of business and academic experience to his role as CEO, with twenty-plus years of direct involvement in trading and risk management practices, mathematical modeling, and system development. Prior to co-founding Imagine, he headed Sakura Global Capital’s equity derivatives trading desk. He began his career at Salomon Brothers in 1986, has a PhD in mathematics, and is a former assistant professor of mathematics at Columbia University. |
| Steven Harrison, President & COO |
| Oversees all aspects of Imagine's ASP operations, including product management, sales and marketing, support, and user education. With more than twenty years of experience in developing real-time software for financial services firms, Mr. Harrison has designed, built, and deployed equity derivative trading systems, and served as Lead Technologist on Salomon Brothers' Equity Derivatives Proprietary Trading desk before co-founding Imagine. |

| Responsible for Imagine's software development, system infrastructure, and quality assurance, Mr. Miller has extensive experience in programming methodologies, computer extensibility, architecture, security, and managing large technology projects. Prior to co-founding Imagine, Mr. Miller was a key developer of equity derivatives trading systems at Sakura Global Capital. |
| Scott Sherman, SVP |
| As global head of business development, Mr. Sherman draws upon his twenty-five plus years of experience in business, law and investment banking to oversee the company's business growth and relationships. He is responsible for all software license sales, key ASP accounts, and for establishing third-party partnerships and joint ventures. Mr. Sherman has a JD degree from New York University and serves as in-house counsel. Prior to joining Imagine, Mr. Sherman served as SVP and Principal with James M. Stuart, an investment banking firm. |
